Vibration Characteristic Analysis and Structural Optimization of the Frame of a Triplex Row-Baling Cotton Picker

The frame of the cotton picker is exposed to complex and varying loads during its operation. Therefore, conducting research on vibration characteristics crucial. Modal also validate finite element model determine natural frequencies results showed that frame, specifically third-order, fourth-order, sixth-order frequencies, comparable frequencies. To prevent resonance, response surface method used optimize Based MOGA algorithm, scheme 4 identified as optimal design. Furthermore, fatigue life calculations carried out parts with short lifespans thereby enhancing working performance.
